Asthma is a chronic lung disease that affects about 1 in 12 people, and that number continues to grow. The disease inflames and narrows airways, thus causing periods of chest tightness, coughing, shortness of breath, and wheezing on a recurring basis.
If you have been diagnosed with asthma and have frequent severe attacks and active symptoms despite using preventer medications, you may be interested in the Pathway Study. We are currently enrolling for this trial, which evaluates an investigational medication for the treatment of adults with severe asthma.
