Prurigo Nodularis Trials in Columbus

Centricity Research is currently participating in a Prurigo Nodularis study at our Dublin, Ohio location. Prurigo Nodularis (PN) is a skin condition in which itchy nodules present on the skin. The cause of PN is still unknown, and the disease is difficult to treat. Nodules are hard, usually with dry, dead skin on the top, and may itch so severely that only scratching until the point of pain or drawing blood is effective.

Prurigo Nodularis Study

The primary objective of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the effects of an investigational drug in people who have PN. If you have been diagnosed with PN you may qualify for this study if:

  • You have had a diagnosis of PN for at least 3 months
  • You currently having itch symptoms
  • You have a minimum of 20 PN lesions in total on both legs, and/or both arms and/or trunk
