Polycystic Kidney Disease Trials in Phoenix
Centricity Research is currently participating in a polycystic kidney disease study at our Phoenix, AZ location. Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a genetic disorder that causes cysts to grow in the kidneys, where they can disrupt functioning. Health complications include high blood pressure and kidney failure. Most people with PKD will eventually need dialysis or a kidney transplant. Advances in drug therapy are key to treating this disease in its early stages and preventing further damage.
Polycystic Kidney Disease Clinical Trial
The objective of this study is to study the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug against placebo in adults with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). You maybe be eligible to participate in this study if you:
- Are 18 to 70 years of age
- Have a diagnosis of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD)
