Endometriosis Trials at Aventiv Research Women’s Health
Aventiv Research is currently participating in an Endometriosis study at our Women’s Health location in Columbus, Ohio. Endometriosis is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus. Endometriosis most commonly involves your ovaries, fallopian tubes and the tissue lining your pelvis. Endometriosis can cause pain especially during menstrual periods. Clinical studies are an important step to understanding the cause of and finding treatment for Endometriosis.
The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of an investigational drug on nonmenstrual pelvic pain in women with endometriosis. You may qualify for this study if:
- you are a female, 18 to 49 years old
- have a documented surgical/laparoscopy diagnosis of endometriosis
