Elevated Lipoprotein(a) Trials in Columbus
Centricity Research is currently participating in an elevated lipoprotein(a) study at our Columbus, Ohio. There are currently no approved treatments for lowering lipoproteins; lipoprotein levels are taken as an indicator of heart disease; lipoprotein(a) is a form of LDL (bad) cholesterol. Clinical studies are an important step to understanding the cause of and finding treatment for elevated lipoproteins.
If you experience more than one of these risk factors such as high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, inactive lifestyle, hypertension, smoking, and family history of early ASCVD(plaque build up in the arteries, peripheral artery disease and cardiac events), contact our study team today to check your Lp(a) levels to see if you might qualify for our current study.
