The objective of this study is to evaluate if an investigational drug is safe and effective in reducing blood pressure. This study will also evaluate how the study drug affects your kidney disease.

You maybe be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are at least 18 years old
  • have stage 3b or stage 4 chronic kidney disease
  • have a documented history of uncontrolled high blood pressure despite treatment with 2 antihypertensive therapies
