Chronic Prurigo Nodularis Clinical Trials in Columbus

Centricity Research is currently participating in a Chronic Prurigo Nodularis study at our Dublin, Ohio location. Prurigo Nodularis (PN) is a skin condition in which itchy nodules present on the skin. The cause of PN is still unknown, and the disease is difficult to treat. Nodules are hard, usually with dry, dead skin on the top, and may itch so severely that only scratching until the point of pain or drawing blood is effective.

Chronic Prurigo Nodularis Study

The primary objective of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the effects of an investigational drug in people who have PN. If you have been diagnosed with PN you may qualify for this study if you:

  • have had a diagnosis of PN for at least 3 months
  • currently have moderate itching symptoms
  • you have a minimum of 20 PN lesions on two different body regions
  • have inadequate response or intolerance to ongoing or prior PN therapy
