Atopic Dermatitis Trials in Columbus

Centricity Research is currently participating in an Atopic Dermatitis study at our Dublin, Ohio location. An estimated 10% of all people worldwide are affected by Atopic dermatitis (AD) at some point in their life. Eczema is the most common type. AD is a condition that makes your skin red and itchy. It’s common in children but can occur at any age. AD is long-lasting (chronic) and tends to flare periodically. It can exist with two other allergic conditions: asthma and hay fever (allergic rhinitis). People who have asthma and/or hay fever or who have family members who do are more likely to develop Atopic Dermatitis.

Moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis Study

The primary objective of this clinical trial is to is to assess the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug after a 16-week treatment period in adult and adolescent subjects with moderate-to severe AD not adequately controlled with topical treatments. You may be eligible to participate if:

  • You are at least 12 years of age
  • Have had chronic AD for at least 2 years
  • Have a documented recent history of inadequate response to topical medications
