Did you know approximately 15% of adults suffer from migraine? Migraine is a neurological disease that causes moderate to severe throbbing, pounding or pulsating head pain that can last anywhere from a few hours to several days. While stress, lack of sleep, and weather changes are common causes, there are numerous factors that can trigger migraine. Research is essential in advancing treatment options for migraine and the extreme discomfort it brings to those who live with it.
Adult Migraine Study
Centricity Research is currently participating in an adult migraine study that seeks to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rimegepant in episodic migraine prevention with multiple dosing regiments.
Qualifications:
– Has had at least 1 year of episodic migraine
– Onset of migraine prior to the age of 50
– Migraine attacks lasting 4-72 hours (on average) if left untreated
– Average of 4-14 migraine attacks per month within the last 3 months
