Women 2-3 car choices or 30-45 grams carbohydrates per meal 3-4 carb choices or 45-60 grams carbohydrate per meal 1 carb choice or 15 grams of carbohydrates per snack
Men 3-4 carb choices or 45 to 60 grams carbohydrate per meal 4-5 carb choices or 60-75 grams carbohydrate per meal 1 carb choice or 15 grams carbohydrate per snack
